Kristie Haynes concentrates her practice in professional
malpractice defense, particularly in the areas of legal and
accountant malpractice. Kristie also has considerable experience
litigating complex commercial matters, including intellectual
property, antitrust, RICO and fraud. Kristie was a member
of the trial team in a five-month jury trial on behalf of
an English merchant bank, which resulted in a favorable $24.6
million judgment.
Although born in Richmond, Kristie practiced in Washington
D.C. for six years after law school with the firms of Porter,
Wright, Morris & Arthur, L.L.P. and Slavit & Gill,
P.C. She returned home to Richmond in 2003.
